At India Plantation, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality plants and gardening products. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a strict cancellation and refund policy as outlined below.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

1.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch:

  • Customers can cancel their order only before it is dispatched.

1.2 Cancellation After Dispatch:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched from our facility.
  • If an order is in transit, it cannot be recalled, and no refund will be issued.

1.3 Cancellation by India Plantation:

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unavailability of stock, incorrect pricing, or logistical issues.
  • In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Non-Refundable Products:

  • Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is damaged in transit.

2.2 Refund Eligibility:

  • If the product received is damaged, incorrect, or of poor quality, a refund request can be raised.
  • Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by sending clear images of the damaged or incorrect item to info@indiaplantation.com.

2.3 Refund Process:

  • Once the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take additional time depending on the bank or payment provider.

2.4 Partial Refunds:

  • In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if part of the order is affected.

3. Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer exchanges as live plants are perishable and require special care.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will provide a replacement (subject to stock availability) or a refund.
